Okay, I really feel the need to ask this question here, because I am a bit worried about things I have read this afternoon...

In fic, do you prefer when characters use a condom or not? Say, in a Steve/Danny first time fic, what do you prefer? What do you think is more in character?

Please, do tell me. Any answer would be precious for my sanity, right now.

Well, at least there is a reason! I know how it is, though, I get itchy when I don't write condoms in my stories (not that it happens often). It just comes so naturally to me...

Same. It's just hard to make it work, because everyone is used to not having condoms in blowjobs nowadays.
