That might be because we're used to worse weather! Every time I think something like this I'm told that, you know, people that live in warmer places are used to better weather and might get chilly when we'd be hot. Which makes sense, but you knoooooow...
I get that to a certain extent I just don't see how 68 degrees can be cold enough to warrant a space heater AND a jumper to anyone. But then I'm always hot even when it's cold (I sound like a Katy Perry song!)
I'm the same! These days in London when outside I'm only wearing a shirt and a cardigan on my top half and I keep on seeing people with macs and coats and stuff.
