Okay, I can try and forgive him for the buzz cut, because, you, know, hair, it grows back and all that, plus he's off from filming so you know, I get it. But what I can't get behind is those socks. They're not even socks they're like half-Spandex-leggings and WHAT, IS HE TRYING TO CREATE A NEW TREND? YOU WON'T MAKE IT HAPPEN ALEX.

Other than that I love the shirt and I love it when he smiles. Yeah.

I'll be honest with my initial reactions: NOOOOOOOOOO BUT THE HAIR! WHYYY? and LOL WHAT'S ON YOUR LEGS.

I mean, obviously he's onto us being able to recognize him by his calves alone, so he shaves his head and conceals his lower legs when he wants to be ~incognito. LOL.

He's worn the hair buzzed before. I'm thinking he's just reacting to not having to look a certain way after all these months... he's putting Steve McGarrett away for a bit and being himself.

It's Hawaii and it's hot - if I was a man there, I'd buzz cut too. Nothin worse than a sweaty neck under longer hair. And he's got a really nicely shaped head so it looks good on him. And damn, as a tactile type, I'd really like to rub my hand across it cuz I love the feel of a buzz cut.

I'd say the socks are a questionable fashion choice, but he's probably got them on for workout/after workout. Just think, maybe he's using the filming break to get pumped for next season. I'd look forward to seeing the results when the shirt comes off in season 2.

And no matter what else he does, he's always got a killer smile. When he full out beams with the eye crinkles and all... I just wanna hug him.

I had that thought too. A buzz cut is probably more comfortable than sweaty hair in the nape of your neck.

Also, YES, YES, the fuzzy softness of a buzz cut under fingertips, oh, ♥.

I will always wonder why he didn't take them off right away but that's because I'm self (and fashion) conscious, he doesn't give a shit, more power to him really. Think they're made to help blood circulation.

I'm a sucker for smiles and bums, so he and Scott are serious dreams come true for me XD.

I think the buzz cut was partly because it's hot in Hawaii and his hair was getting long enough that it'd be uncomfortable, and partly because they're done with filming for now so he's putting McGarrett away for a while, and just being himself. Those are my thoughts!
