Apparently, she had a nightmare and went into the master bedroom, and caught Rachel having phone sex with Step-Stan. She only heard a little bit, but it's just enough to make Danno very angry. He fumes, does his best to explain -- probably mostly something along the lines of "Something grownups have to worry about, and no, she's okay..."
However, it gives him ideas. Lots and lots of ideas. Involving Steve. He can't get it out of his head, so he tries it. Your choice as to whether it goes well or not, established relationship or not.
