So Steve get shanked in prison and then after Max patches him up he so doesn't feel any pain or discomfort any more and he can run around and jump onto boats and not break a sweat? That is some serious patching up powers Max has.
Kono shoots people while she's not wearing a badge and yet she carries and shoots people and there are no consequences even though she's under an IA investigation? Hmmm. ~handwave
The Rachel/Danny thing, sigh. I mean, it's like they plopped it on top of everything else during the finale because they wanted drama for Danny, and then they changed their mind so there we go. I don't know, it feels like character assassination and I don't like it and I'm a little sad.
No feelings about Lt Cmder White for now. Terrible make up on Steve's nipple tattoo when he's shirtless, it distracted me from the shirtlessness :(.

Then we have Steve bloody and running and sweaty and beautiful and passing out on Max' bathroom floor and wearing terrible plaid and HPD uniforms and I love him, I squealed and held my breath every time he was on screen (needless to say I didn't breathe a lot) and I just, STEEEEEEVEEEEEEEE.
The cargument/confession of love/eyesex just nearly killed me, I swear, how fucking brilliant was that scene, I cannot express the things I'm feeling for it, I just. DANNY CHOSE YOU OVER HIS FAMILY, STEVE. DO YOU REALISE WHAT THIS MEANS.

Max, and Kono, and Chin, so much badassery and awesomeness, I'm in love, I seriously am, heee, how Max was pleased Steve came to him, heeeeeee.

And of course, Jenna. There was a lot of 'WHAT OMFG' in the Fort as it happened, and now I'm like. I don't know. I don't know if I like it or not and if I want her to be a badass villain or a triple agent. She helped Five-0 so much, it's just. Hmmm.

But yeah, they handwaved the whole Rachel thing away, which is disappointing but no more (or possibly even less bad) than I was expecting.
At least the bromance is still there in *spades* - the whole "Why are you yelling at me?" scene, and the scene with the eyes in the car... oh yes :)

I agree about the Rachel thing, it makes me sad that they're making her so flighty and indecisive, it's not fair to her initial portrayal and it's not very good television drama, imo.

And there was a fair amount of handwavy stuff that I had to handwave away, but they were all so pretty and angsty and pretty and badass that I just didn't care. :D
Okay, maybe Chin shooting the guy from the boat was a bit much. I mean, come on, boats like that are BUMPY. No way could he aim that well!

I guess it's one of the problems with HD TVs now, since you can see every little detail. The chest hairs were covered with makeup and it wasn't even the right shade to match the skin! Shame on that makeup person. I too distracted to enjoy semi-naked Steve as well, and that is a terrible thing.

ALWAYS. I've never seen a good makeup job on his nipple tattoos. Why can they do such a good job on his back tat but not those???
