Several things.

+ Don't want to get into any debate on the casting spoilers, but, let's just say, many things in debates I have seen sadden me a lot.

+ Work is mildly frustrating, but plannage of things to do in LA with the girls make my day much better!

+ I sent in my first sd_ldws drabble - it's not my best, but I was surprisingly uninspired by the prompt, and i find 500 words a bit too much for a ~drabble thing. But heh, it's done! And if I get booted, it's okay.

+ most importantly, tailoredshirt and I present to you, a new H50 community! Because there is never enough!

Mine is completely unimaginative and quite bland, which is not what I want for drabbles, but ugh, 500 words is not a drabble, so really. What can I do.

Well, most people will probably be like you! So really finding you someone to write for, and someone to write for you should be easy. We're just hoping some people will consider Gen, friendshippy stuff, or a few het pairings, but we know it's not going to be many people.

I wandered briefly into that casting spoiler thread just to try to voice some sane thoughts. (I'm remaining optimistic, and I flat-out refuse to pass any judgement before I've even seen the characters, and I hate seeing all the misogyny and vitriol directed at the actresses of all people)

I'm honestly wondering how a show can be "turned hetero" when it's already filled with established heterosexual characters (I'm discounting bi for the sake of argument).
