I don't have anything witty to say, to be honest. I want to read Scott and Alex' reunion for the start of S2 filming. I'm absolutely shattered and a little worried about things and I really want to bury myself in the Bakery!AU but I don't know if sirona_gs is around today.

Basically, I need some comfort. Anyone can give me some comfort?

Comfort... um. I wrote a scene in which Steve and Danny are on a stakeout while on a cruise ship, and in order to be on said stakeout, they have to hide in a lifeboat hanging off the ship and peek in through the window. Do their ridiculous shenanigans help?

Alex bounded across the set and scooped Scott into a back cracking hug.

"What are you doing? You just saw me yesterday." Scott could only speak into Alex's chest where his face was smashed.

"I know, but everyone else thinks we've been apart for weeks," Alex whispered.

"Good to see you again, man." Scott thumped Alex on the back and when they broke apart the look in Alex's eyes nearly broke Scott. He was really going to have to tone it down a little in public, or people were going to notice.

Yesssssssss. Plus, we'll have interwebs again! Which is good! I plan on sleeping a lot if I can. And then we can possibly go to Ikea! It will be good times. We need a holiday (as in, a real one, awayyyy), Ellen! We haven't had one yet (visiting our parents counts for half a holiday really) so we need to get away, seriously.

Have a few words of something that's been sitting around and will never go anywhere, but which I still like:

Steve wakes with the beginnings of a fucking awful hangover and a mouth that tastes like the bottom of a trash can, and he knows that if he doesn't get out soon to swim or run, to sweat out the remainder of the alcohol, he's going to pay for it for the rest of the day. He thinks back to last night, remembers finishing the beer and cracking open the bottle of scotch, and figures that yeah, maybe he deserves whatever he's got coming. He just hopes that Danny made it up the stairs to the guest bedroom, and didn't crash on the couch, otherwise Danny's back will be hurting like a bitch and Steve will know about it.

He rolls over, intending to grab the clock and get eyes on the time, and freezes when his arm meets warm skin. Warm, naked skin. Warm, naked skin belonging to one blond-haired Jersey detective who is currently sprawled face down in Steve's bed, snoring lightly into his pillow.

Danny. Who is naked. In Steve's bed. Next to Steve. Who is also naked.

Shit. Steve swallows hard, tries to keep breathing, to remember. They didn't, did they? Surely he'd remember if they had. Because, fuck, he's thought about it, God knows he has, but he'd never... Danny would never... would he? He slides gingerly out of bed, careful not to disturb Danny. His bare feet land on his t-shirt, crumpled on the floor, and he picks it up, intending to pull it on... and oh fuck, apparently they did. Apparently they both did, judging by the amount of dried semen crusted onto the material, and really, that would be quite impressive, given how much they’d both had to drink, if it wasn’t such a fucking disaster.

He briefly contemplates waking Danny, but Danny’s sleeping the sleep of the dead, isn’t really a morning person, and this will all go so much better once he’s had his swim, sobered up, cleared his head. That’s what he tells himself, anyway. Then they can sit down and talk about this like sane and rational grown-up human beings. Like sane and rational grown-up human beings who got drunk and crossed a line they should never have crossed, and he steadfastly ignores the mocking voice in his head that tells him he’s just pissed because it finally happened and he can’t remember a fucking thing about it.

Danny chooses that moment to stir, sighing as he shifts to get more comfortable, and Steve has to avert his eyes from the flex of muscle under bare skin as Danny bunches the pillow more firmly under his head. He looks so fucking right in Steve’s bed, like he belongs there, and that train of thought is going to get Steve nowhere, so Steve swallows hard, grabs his board shorts, and flees to the ocean.

It is looking quite dark, I had that thought too. Nothing the Hawaiian sun can't help though ;D.

Just tired. It's been a really long week, and the flat still requires so much to do, and then I bought this iTouch off eBay but I had the wrong delivery address so I was really worried for a while it wasn't going to arrive and I'd have lost £174, but Von got it from the old flat. Which is good.

The shirt is a nice color on him but the fit isn't quite right. Our Scotty is certainly a cutie-pie :) which I'm sure he loves hearing!

OK... So, if he was still in Hollywood on the night of the 6th (the date for the whole set of pics at the given link), when did/is he (& presumably Dot) going to Hawaii? Or had he already gone to Hawaii & then gone back to LA for something? Just wondering.

Filming's supposed to start on Monday--the 11th. If he hasn't even left for Hawaii at all yet, that doesn't give him much time to get resettled before work starts.
