That's got to be a scar, and a pretty extensive one -- I know he's commented on how much he's busted himself up over the years, so that may be a scar from some injury or surgery or other.

I like that Scott is completely in proportion with his size--he may be wee but he doesn't look like he's overcompensating with strange bulky arms or whatnot. He's comfortable in his own skin and I admire that about him.
