Ahahaha that reminds me - McFly once had an interview and their bassist, because he is a disgusting little man, told a story about how they have a spunk bunk in their tour bus.
I have an awful soft spot about it, despite cringing through most of it. I think there are some genuinely nice moments in it. There is also a whole scene I cannot watch.

There are a lot of moments in the movie that make me cringe (and there is a whole scene I cannot watch), but there are also some really genuinely lovely moments in the movie. Mostly because of Alex.
The movie is mostly awful besides a few moments, but oh, I remember seeing that moment the first time? Puddle of lady goo, I was.

I was watching it with my friend and we were alternating between "OH WTF IS THAT LOL" "U CANNOT BE SRS" "OH GIMME A BREAK" and "OOOOOOOOOOH..............UUUH" "What did he say? - You think I was listening? *chinhand*"

Which one? There are some moments I looked away lol And there was the birth in the water moment when I decided I'd NEVER EVER have kids lol
Yep, it is the birth in the birthing pool scene that I cannot watch. No wayyy.

I really need to watch the rest of this movie. I've gotten up through the end of their first meeting.
*stares some more* Those abs should be impossible in nature. I actually have a really awesome shirtless picture of him in my room and on my fridge as diet/exercise motivation because a) he's a good reminder of fitness and b) he's a lot prettier to look at (to me - to each his/her own) than any other example. (It's working--I'm losing!)

Well, I gave up at that point because I had to be somewhere--this is both the benefit and drawback of having it on my tablet PC as well as DVD--I can pull it up anywhere but it's usually only small doses. Though Jennifer Lopez seems to work better in small doses in it. There's just something about the voice overs and the expressions in the beginning that's extremely offputting to me...like it's a bad SNL sketch. Does that continue? Or is it just an opening thing?
Alex is an excellent incentive, especially if you look at his younger pictures. I keep looking at his body now and going "Okay, I can at least have half-way decent abs if he can manage that..."

Such a fondness for Moonlight. I swear some moments are SO BAD but fcbghlcndskjal Mick is so ridiculously endearing anyway.
Yes! Some really cheesy, bad stuff, but he is just so...endearing is definitely the word. And they hit a lot of my buttons with the Mick and Beth storyline, too, I have to admit.
I do love the Mick/Beth storyline, even if it's terribly frustrating nearing the end. What I like most about this show must be the close ups on AOL's face, and oh, the eyelashes shots.

BFFlatmates and I watched the whole of it in 2 days about a month-ish ago, and we're now watching it again, a little slower. I'm glad we're not watching now because I'm writing and I wouldn't manage if Alex and his eyelashes were all over my screen...
