My Muse really needs to stop invading my thoughts with new bunnies involving Danny-as-a-boxer. It's bordering on obsession.

Yeah, my personal canon is that Danny needs the work out to be angry and let him take out his frustrations on something - running, swimming, it tires him but it doesn't make him feel good. So he boxes. And Steve loves that. It turns him on.
